ANDERSON LUXE TRANSPORTATION – PAYMENT & LIABILTY DISCLAIMER
At Anderson Luxe Transportation, we prioritize security, transparency, and professionalism in every client transaction. To protect both our clients and our company, the following payment policy applies to all bookings:

1. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

Anderson Luxe Transportation does not process affiliate or third-party client credit cards directly. This policy is in place to prevent financial liability in the event of a chargeback or dispute where a customer claims unauthorized use of their card. In such cases, the affiliate or booking party agrees to take full responsibility for resolving the issue directly with their client and/or their payment processor.
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT TIMELINE

We do not accept customer credit card payments for bookings made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled trip date. All reservations requiring credit card payment must be completed at least one week in advance. This policy helps safeguard against potential fraudulent transactions, which are more likely to occur with last-minute or same-day bookings.

3. RESPONSIBILITY & AGREEMENT

By confirming a reservation with Anderson Luxe Transportation, the booking party acknowledges and agrees to comply with these payment and security terms. Any disputes, unauthorized transactions, or chargeback claims arising from a client’s payment are the sole responsibility of the affiliate or person initiating the booking.​

PAYMENT VERIFICATION
For all transactions over $200 and/or for reservations made within 48 hours from the start of the trip, we require the uploading of a copy of the front and back of your driver's license and credit card. This additional verification step is necessary to ensure the security and safety of our customers and our business. We take data protection seriously, and all documents uploaded will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
